Can I get a card for my children?
Yes, the use of subordinate cards is one of the greatest features of this card. You can obtain subordinate cards for anyone that you support a relationship with. Children 13 years and older can carry a card. It is convenient way to pay allowances and teach controlled spending.

Can I send money to family outside the USA?
Of course, just by securing a subordinate card for your loved ones in other countries, you will be able to send money in just seconds for a small transfer fee. No more paying the high cost of Western Union or Moneygram fees. Funds transferred electronically from card to card can be accessed immediately at an ATM near them.
What if my employer already has a card program, can I use this card?
Yes. Let your Payroll Department know you already have a debit card. Call customer service for your card and request an ACH form to turn into your payroll department.
How do I get started?
You can activate your card online or call customer service and following the prompts. You will be asked to choose a PIN. Once completed, you will be able to access your funds.
Can other payments be loaded on the card?
Yes. Tax refunds, disability payments and other government benefits can be loaded on the card. You will need to provide your card number and the bank ABA number (obtain this form from customer service).
Can I make deposits to my card?
Yes. You may load funds on your card at 25,000 Moneygram, it is free to send a money order to the bank, or use another debit card or credit card for a small fee.

Yes. Many merchants accept your debit card as a form of payment.
Can I use my card at a restaurant?
Yes. It is important to remember that restaurants automatically add 25% to your bill to cover a tip. If you do not have the total on your card to cover the amount, you will be declined.
Only the actual amount will post to your account but the restaurant must take into effect a possible gratuity.
Can I use me card at a gas station?
Yes. Paying at the pump can be used with some limitations. You may be required to have a certain amount of funds available on your card before you can access an outside gas pump. You can always be sure of how much is being charged by presenting your card to the clerk inside.
Can I use my card at Hotels and Car Rental Agencies?
Yes. However, certain hotels and car rental agencies may obtain as much as a $300.00 to $500.00 pre authorization for your transaction. Up to a ten day hold may be placed on your card in the amount of the merchant’s pre authorization request.
